What is an industrial mirror?
An industrial safety mirror is a convex mirror. It is an effective and inexpensive solution to prevent accidents that can lead to personal injury and property damage. It can be used to monitor the transportation of stock and equipment in factories and warehouses to ensure the protection of both pedestrians and vehicles. A production facility has many blind spots where a security mirror helps an operator position themselves safely before driving or walking down a potentially high-risk passageway.

Industrial safety mirrors are available in acrylic and in stainless steel. Stainless steel is the most resistant solution: easily cleanable and it does not rust, corrode or stain.

What is a convex mirror?
A security convex mirror is a glass, acrylic or stainless steel mirror. Because the surface is curved, it offers an image where both objects and people appear larger. Convex mirrors are used for safety and security not only in shops but also in schools and for road safety. Most convex mirrors (indoor and outdoor) include a wall bracket for mounting to a pole, pipe or wall; for some, the wall-mount bracket is a separate accessory.

What is a dome mirror?
A dome safety mirror offers a wider angle of view: from 90° to 360°. The main difference between convex and dome mirrors is that the dome mirror’s lens is more curved. These are great solutions for both shop and warehouse security.

Dome mirrors are available in acrylic and in stainless steel. A stainless steel mirror is the most resistant solution and meets the International Food Standards (IFS).
