Payment Options
Safegear offers several ways to pay, including options designed for business and public-sector buyers.
Invoice payment for businesses
As a business customer you can pay by invoice, with or without credit. Choose the customer type Business during checkout to use this option. If an order is placed without an existing credit agreement with Safegear, the order is dispatched once payment has been received in our bank account. If your company has a credit agreement with Safegear, we dispatch the goods as soon as the order is placed, and you will automatically receive an invoice by email.
EAN / e-invoicing for the public sector
Public organisations, institutions and authorities that can send and receive invoices electronically can pay by EAN e-invoice. Choose the customer type Public during checkout and enter a valid EAN number. Once the EAN number is validated, we dispatch your order — typically the same day.
Bank transfer
You can also pay by bank transfer to Safegear's account. With this method we dispatch the order once payment has been registered. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 banking days; if you hold a Revolut account yourself, we receive the funds immediately. Please quote your order number as the payment reference.
Safegear uses the international bank Revolut, which keeps transfer fees low. As Revolut is an international bank, you will need to make an IBAN transfer using the details below.
