RSK Document Safe

The RSK is a fireproof document safe in a vertical filing cabinet format, purpose-built for the everyday office environment. It directly addresses the most common gap in office fire safety: most offices have filing cabinets full of business-critical documents, but almost none of those cabinets provide any fire protection. The RSK resolves this by functioning as a standard filing cabinet in normal use while providing certified fire protection for its contents in the event of a fire — with no change to existing filing habits or workflows.

Files are stored in standard A4 suspension folders in lockable drawers, exactly as they would be in a conventional filing cabinet — the RSK requires no special folders, no reorganisation of existing filing systems, and no adjustment to the way staff access documents day to day. Certified to EN 1047-1 or NT Fire 017 standards, the RSK maintains interior temperatures below 177°C for the rated fire duration, ensuring that the paper documents inside survive a building fire intact.
